Solar Signs UK supply temporary traffic signs for roadworks and public events. The challenge that had previously faced Solar Signs was that in order to guarantee network coverage to its customers it needed to be able use any network, but that it must have the same IP address on any network. The units include a web server to allow remote configuration.
Eseye provided its AnyNet SIM configured with a Fixed IP address, linked to the sign name. The hirer is simply given the sign name. Using a web browser they can then connect to the sign where ever it is, and update the messages.
