New Data Centre Opening

April 11th, 2012

As part of our improvements, we will be switching some of our connections across to our new data centre tomorrow morning (Thursday April 12).

During the switchover, there is likely to be a small disruption to your connectivity. We expect that between 8am and 9am BST you will see many of your connections drop off the network and reconnect. Normally this will  only take a few minutes, however tomorrow some connections may take up to half an hour before the reconnection completes.

During this time, we will be testing the connections, and we have a plan in place to allow us to back out, and revert the changes should any of these tests not pass.

Please contact the office +44 1483 685200 or mailto: support@eseye.com with any questions

AnyNet Connections - APN Update

August 31st, 2010

Between 16:00 and 16:30 on 31 August, We will be replacing part of the the APN infrastructure used by our AnyNet customers.

The new equipment is installed and tested, and there will be no significant loss of service during the upgrade. However some customers may experience a break in connection, and be required to re-authenticate with the APN.

The AnyNet SIMs are configured to work across multiple networks and offer continued service should one or more networks be unavailable. This avoids problems with  coverage issues , network outages, interference or fading signals, giving AnyNet users the most robust connections available.
