The authentication problem through Liverpool has now been resolved and Eseye.com is fully operational again.

There appears to be a problem with authentication requests coming through Liverpool on Eseye.com, this is resulting in devices not being given the correct IP addresses. Greenwich is not affected.

Our engineers are working on the issue with Orange as we speak….
