Data Centre Upgrade Succesfull

The Eseye APN upgrade has been completed successfully.

Some customers with direct access to their cellular connections through a VPN may see authentications fail during the next hour while the security configuration updates are completed

An upgrade of the Eseye APN infrastructure is scheduled for 15:00 BST 23/04/2010

Customers are advised that all connections will be dropped during this upgrade and it will take a couple of hours for all services to return to full operation.

The upgrade will add further redundancy into the Eseye APN infrastructure covering both Single network and Multi-Network services. We will post further updates as the upgrade progresses

Restored Service - Orange APN

Fixed-IP devices and Redundant VPN customers are fully functional again. Other VPN customers will need to switch to using the alternate configuration for their devices.

Reduced Service - Orange APN

On Thursday 8th April 2010 at 11:44, the primary GGSN suffered an loss of service. All connections have switched across to the secondary GGSN. The majority of customers will not notice any loss of service. Devices on VPNs and FixedIPs will fail to reconnect if they drop the connection. We are working on a fix to this issue.
