Eseye RIoT at MWC 2016 – a paradigm shift?

09th February 2016, Guildford, UK – Eseye, the global provider of intelligent connectivity for IoT, has announced they will participate in the largest mobile event in the world – Mobile World Congress 2016, in Barcelona. Organised by the GSMA, this event is the major annual meeting point for industry professionals to network, share knowledge, catch up on news announcements and showcase their company innovations. This is the place for specialists to learn about the latest mobile trends, innovations, and new ways to grow and develop businesses. On top of that, for 20 years MWC has recognised the top mobile innovations with Global Mobile Awards.

Last year more than 94,000 attendees from over 200 countries attended to hear more than 140 speakers and get in touch with the mobile exhibitors of which there are more than 2,200. Attracting C-level professionals of different functions, across all verticals from online payments to healthcare and smart city solutions, MWC 2016 has more focus on IoT solutions than ever before illustrating a clear transformation of businesses.

‘Mobile is everything’ is the motto of this year’s MWC and the theme is ‘Connecting everyone and everything for a better future’. Professionals from over 2,200 companies are expected to showcase their latest technologies and innovative products over this 4 day event. Eseye’s CEO Julian Hardy said:

‘MWC is one of the most important events in any telecoms executives’ calendar. It’s one of the only forums where we get to see many of our global customers and partners in the same place. Eseye’s expansion over the last couple of years that sees us now managing devices across 116 countries with nearly 700 clients means MWC is always busy. We foster and encourage innovation around IoT and connected services. As such we look forward to meeting new partners and driving the day’s discussion on key topics with our clients. We expect some of those to be around security, interoperability and data management.’

MWC 2016 will take place in Barcelona at Fira Gran Via, Spain, 22-25 February. This year, Eseye’s CEO Julian Hardy and Eseye’s GM Americas Damian McCabe will participate to connect with mobile industry leaders. It is a great opportunity to hear how Eseye revolutionises IoT and is pioneering the space on a global basis.
