Eseye have worked closely with M-Kopa Solar, helping them to develop a PayGo solar light and mobile phone charging point for the unbanked in East Africa. The micro finance options available to the local population through this innovative device have enabled over half a million families to avoid the fumes and cost of kerosene lamps. Eseye’s latest ground-breaking partnership is with eWater, supported by GSMA funding and linked to the AWS Cloud, the product was launched in Gambia this year and is scheduled to roll out to Tanzania in 2017.
