According to Anatel, the Brazilian regulatory agency for telecomunications, Eseye is the accredited MVNO specializing in IoT with the largest number of lines in Brazil. Eseye has 571,418 accesses, representing a 14.13% market share, following only Correios Celular, with 739,308 accesses and an 18.8% market share, which focuses on SIM cards for personal use. This information is part of the agency’s official access data for May 2025, which has just been released.
In the Brazilian market, an accredited MVNO provides services by using the infrastructure of a licensed mobile network operator (MNO), usually focusing on customer service in niche markets, with more agility, as they have less regulatory requirements than MNOs and authorized MVNOs.
Present practically all over the world, Eseye acts as an integrator of more than 800 global telecom networks and as a partner to its customers in the development of new technological solutions, always having the most appropriate functionality of the devices as the main starting point.
In Brazil, the 182 accredited MVNOs currently operating represent approximately 4.1 million mobile accesses, with various services and technology levels. According to José Felipe Ruppenthal, director at Telco Advisors and responsible for interpreting this official data, these accredited companies “already represent approximately 1.54% of the country’s total mobile accesses, operating through six originating providers: Claro, Datora, NLT, SURF, Telecall, and Vivo.”
The sequence of companies identified by Anatel points to Links Field (550.395 accesses / 13,61% market share), NUH! Digital (475.052 / 11,75%), Dry Telecom (191.601 / 4,74%), Deustch Telecom / T-Systems (189.953 / 4,70%), Vitueyes (158.882 / 3,93%), Intercel / Banco Inter (145.544 / 3,60%), Quectel Brasil (141.692 / 3,50%), Brisanet (119.553 / 2,96%), Magazine Luiza (106.202 / 2,63%), Datora (90.425 / 2,24%), KORE Brasil (83.629 / 2,07%), entre outras.
