The report highlights vendors demonstrating excellence in service provisioning, orchestration, scalability, and global reach. These are core areas where Eseye continues to differentiate its Infinity IoT Platform and Integra eSIM orchestration platform for MNOs in the market. Over the past 12 months, Eseye has strengthened its platform capabilities by delivering highly resilient connectivity and enabling customers and partners to scale global deployments reliably, securely, and cost-effectively. This recognition from Counterpoint Research validates Eseye’s continued investment in innovation, execution, and customer outcomes.

Eseye helps its customers connect and manage more than millions of devices worldwide, with access to over 800 networks and proven expertise across enterprise and mobile network operator (MNO) use cases. Its platforms support multi-RAT connectivity across cellular and non-cellular technologies, global eSIM and iSIM, private networks, and 5G Standalone (5G SA), managed through a single, unified orchestration and control layer.

Recent enhancements to the Infinity Connectivity Management Platform further strengthen Eseye’s leadership position. These include advanced billing and analytics capabilities, enhanced reporting and network analysis, expanded authentication support, and ML-driven orchestration to improve performance, resilience, and cost optimization. Eseye’s solutions also provide robust security through location-based policies and a multi-layered approach spanning SIM, network, and cloud.

Eseye’s leadership is underpinned by a strong partner ecosystem, with major operators such as AT&T, TELUS, and MTN standardizing on Eseye’s global eSIM and CMP technology, alongside collaborations that extend IoT coverage through satellite NB-IoT and hybrid terrestrial solutions.

Counterpoint’s Research Director Mohit Agrawal commented: “Connectivity remains the foundation of IoT deployments, but the expectations from connectivity management platforms (CMPs) have evolved significantly. Customers no longer look only for seamless, global connectivity. They now demand platforms that are robust, scalable and continuously evolving. Each year, we see a steady expansion of platform capabilities, and as a result, feature-level differentiation, particularly among Leaders, is increasingly narrowing. In this environment, competitive advantage is determined less by the feature checklist and more by market execution, reliability at scale, and the speed at which new capabilities are implemented and commercialized.”

David Langton, CMO at Eseye, added: “We are proud to see Eseye recognized as a Leader once again. We have been deepening service provisioning and end-to-end connectivity orchestration, broadening platform integrations with multiple MNOs and technology providers, building on successes with MTN and AT&T, and improving platform UI and UX with more enhancements in flight. We are also SGP.32-ready to give customers greater lifecycle and technology agility from a single provider.”
